Thanks to the open-ended nature of the game, skilled players can skip basically <em>everything<\/em> after The Great Plateau and leg it straight to Hyrule Castle to face the final boss.<\/p>\n<p>At a recent Switch 2 Experience event in Tokyo, Japan, that&#8217;s exactly what speedrunner Ikaboze managed to accomplish with the new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendolife.com\/games\/nintendo-switch-2\/legend-of-zelda-breath-of-the-wild-nintendo-switch-2-edition\">Switch 2 Edition<\/a> of the game (thanks, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.videogameschronicle.com\/news\/switch-2-event-attendee-applauded-after-reaching-zelda-credits-in-7-minutes\/\">VGC<\/a>).
